Guilia Falcone-Driscoll is the former Sister

Mary Regina Coelis who is now married to a police officer and owns Driscoll Investigations. Guilia is asked to join in the investigation of a murder from a prestigious law firm but is a little leery of their intentions because the trial is scheduled to begin a few weeks. Roger Fitch is the accused perpetrator in his girlfriend’s demise and needs all the help he can get to prove his innocence.

After meeting Roger, Guilia believes him to be innocent and starts her investigation with reservations. Questioning her suspects reveals more information about Roger’s girlfriend showing the career-climbing goals she worked towards to get to the top of the corporate ladder at any cost. The list of other suspects mounts to five to seven suspects in the line-up who are questioned that include old high school rivalries, ex-lovers, and co-workers.

Guilia is also working on another case that involves embezzlement from the company employing Roger and who employed his girlfriend but is separate from the murder case. Can Guilia solve the case with less than a week left to gather useful information in defending Roger?

This murder mystery is recommended for amateur sleuths who love to untangle the web in murder cases. It has plenty of suspects and a mind- boggling who-dunnit murder waiting to be solved.
